Guided Bird Walk: Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge

Rachel Carson Refuge was established to protect estuarine and salt marsh habitat in southern coastal Maine for migrating birds. We will search for resident birds and fall migrants at two Refuge divisions.

We will walk the Carson trail first and then drive to another location. Consider bringing snacks or lunch as the trip ends at 1:00 pm.

Carpooling is recommended as parking is limited at some locations.
