Field Trip: Work Morning at Hamilton Sanctuary, West Bath

As conditions allow, we will be clearing trails of winter damage, removing invasive plants to enhance native plant growth and natural habitat, and maintaining apple trees for the benefit of wildlife.

Directions:  Take the New Meadows exit off Us Route 1 in West Bath. Turn left onto New Meadows Road and go straight at traffic light onto Foster Point Road.  Follow Foster Point Road for 3.1 miles.  The sanctuary sign and parking area will be on the right.  If you plan to participate, please contact the sanctuary caretaker, Glenn Evans, at 443-9652 prior to the day for planning purposes.
