DESCRIPTION:Field Trip: Androscoggin Riverwalk\,\nTopsham \nJoin us as we walk an easy paved path\nalong the Androscoggin River. We\nwill be looking for fall migrants along\nthe river and surrounding woodland.\nOur walking route (up to 2 miles) will\ntake us from the Black Bridge and\nSwinging Bridge\, past overlooks of the\nhydroelectric dam and Fort Andross\,\nto the Bowdoin Mill and overlooks of\nthe lower Androscoggin River.\nMeet at the parking lot at the\nentrance to the Swinging Bridge off\nBridge Street in Topsham. If this space\nis full\, there are alternative small\nparking areas\, one on the Brunswick\nside of the Swinging Bridge (off Mill\nStreet) and the other in Topsham\noff Summer Street (overlooking the\nhydroelectric dam).
