At this Harpswell Heritage Land Trust preserve we will be looking for returning shorebirds on the mudflats of Basin and Curtis coves. Bring a spotting scope, if you have one. We also expect to observe resident land birds on the easy trails (about 2.5 miles total), including a visit to the amazing “Pebble”. No restroom facilities available.
Meet at the Brunswick Hannaford at 6:30 a.m., or at the Curtis Cove Preserve upper parking lot off Harpswell Neck Rd. (Rte. 123) at 7:00 a.m. FMI Gordon Smith at 725-0282.
